Fighting
The warm up workout begins with a combination of various exercises designed to work different muscle groups of the body. These include cardio, stamina, endurance and of course everyone's favourite stretching.
Following this, we hit the pads with a number of combinations.
Then the hard stuff starts, sparring. We fight for several minutes before moving straight to the next opponent.
