Fitness
The warm up workout begins with a combination of various exercises designed to work different muscle groups of the body. These include cardio, stamina, endurance and of course everyone's favourite stretching.
To complement the warm up workout routine, we follow on to a set circuit training programme that is orientated around Kickboxing. We spend two minutes at each individual station.
This workout completes a full hour of rigorous training and effort in order to reach a high standard of fitness and well being.
